King-size John Lewis bed with John Lewis cotton bedding and duvet (all new for 2012),  bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe and dressing table. Large en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Two

King-size John Lewis bed with John Lewis cotton bedding (all new for 2012), 2 easy chairs, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and room for travel cot and z-bed (both provided).

Bedroom Three

Twin beds with bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV with DVD player.

Family Bathroom

Bath with shower, WC, washbasin and towel hanging.

Garage/Parking

There is parking for two cars at the front of the house, a garage for storing all your beach gear (some provided), barbecue (provided) and a very large fridge freezer plus mini-table tennis/pool/air hockey table.

Utility Room

To the rear of the garage with a door into the garden with a sink plus loads of room for coats and boots - great for drying wet gear as the boiler makes it nice and warm!  Washing machine and tumble dryer also plus airer for drying washing.

Garden

Delightful garden area to the rear, reached around the side of the house through a gate or through the French doors from the dining room or the back door from the utility. Lawned area and large patio with table and chairs.
